BetBull made the difficult decision to close its operations on 05/07/2022. Please find the below FAQ section to answer some of the questions you may have, including key dates.
The BetBull Customer Support team will process any withdrawals manually. Customers can contact BetBull Customer Support via email Support@BetBull.com.
If you did not withdraw your account balance before 05/07/2022, BetBull will make every attempt to return your funds and will attempt to refund any account balance due to you through the payment method you have stored in your account.
BetBull will attempt the withdrawal on your behalf using the payment method(s) stored on your account; note that refunds may take up to 21 days to be processed.
Where we are unable to make a refund to you, we will contact you via email to collect updated details from you. Should we not be able to process the withdrawal, or your balance is less than £1, you will need to contact customer services to request a refund.
Open bets that were completed after 26/06/2022 (midnight) will be voided and the stake amount returned to your account for withdrawal.
There is no need to close your account.
The cash out functionality was available until 26/06/2022 (midnight); bets that settled after 26/06/2022 (midnight) will be voided and the stake amount returned to your account for withdrawal.
If your withdrawal method on account is not valid, please contact Customer Support for assistance via email Support@BetBull.com.
If your account is locked/timed-out (i.e. on cool-down), you can still withdraw your funds. Please contact Customer Support for assistance via email Support@BetBull.com.
