“Betbull” is operated and managed by Betbull Games Limited, a company duly incorporated and registered on 24th July 2018 under the laws of Malta, with Company Registration No.C87520, and having its registered office and business address at Elite Business Centre, Trejqa ta' Box Box, Msida MSD1840, Malta.


Your use of the Casino and/or your playing any game thereon (“Game”) means that you accept, understand and abide by these Casino Terms and Conditions which are legally binding. 


Betbull may update, amend, edit and supplement these Casino Terms and Conditions at any time. Any substantial amendment to the Betbull Casino Terms and Conditions shall be notified in advance by Betbull to the Account Holder, before coming into effect and will require your consent. If you do not agree with the amendment(s) to these Casino Terms and Conditions, you will not be permitted to continue using the Services.


In addition to accepting these Casino Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge, agree and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Betbull. The General Terms and Conditions contain important provisions applicable to your use of the Casino Website including eligibility criteria requirements which apply to your use of the Website and the Casino Website. 


Further, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by any additional rules which appear within a Game, including within a Game’s “Help” or “Game Info” tabs, including rules relating to minimum/maximum bets, maximum payouts, jackpots, disconnections and system malfunctions.

Please familiarise yourself with these Casino Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions before you use the Casino Website or play a Game. These Casino Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding agreement between you and us.  In the event you do not agree or do not understand any of the terms within, please discontinue your use of the Casino Website immediately.


In the event of any inconsistency between these Casino Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated, to the extent of the inconsistency, Casino Terms and Conditions shall prevail followed thereafter by the General Terms and Conditions.




You fully accept and agree that random number generator (“RNG”) software will determine all outcomes of Games on the Casino Website. In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on your computer and a Game’s records on our server, our records shall be regarded as definitive.




In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of any result, bet settlement or any other element of a Game, we will not be liable to you as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all related bets and plays on the Game in question. 




3.1 Betbull, its affiliates, agents and licensors accept no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss resulting from delays or interruptions to play due to failure, breakdown, malfunction, interruption of or disconnection from the games server or any other causes over which we or they have no control.

3.2 Misuse, disconnection or system malfunction voids all bets, plays and pays.



The Casino Website and Games thereon may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding Games and any bets placed on or via Games or the Casino Website. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and other regulatory authorities, in investigating claims of illegal activity on the Casino Website.




5.1 Use of the Casino Website by minors is prohibited.  Please do not attempt to open an account with us if you are under 18 years of age.


5.2 If at any stage we become aware that you are under 18 years of age we shall close your account (across all of our services) with immediate effect and any deposits made will be returned.


5.3 We reserve the right to carry out verification checks using third party services. 




6.1 We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel any bets placed by you, remove any bonus monies in your account and/or take any other action we deem appropriate in our absolute discretion if: (i) we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using the Casino Website (including circumstances where we suspect you have attempted  to manipulate the operation of the Casino Website or the normal play of Games thereon or have been involved in player collusion); (ii) we suspect you are in breach of any of these Casino Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions or the Betting Rules; (iii) we suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business; (iv) we are required to do so by law; or (v) in our judgment, there is a manifest error or there is a technological failure affecting the Casino Website.


6.2 We reserve the general right at any time, and in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account (or exclude you from any of our services) without further explanation if we consider it necessary to do so. In such circumstances, where deemed appropriate by us, we reserve the right to remove any bonus monies in your account.


6.3 The only recourse in the event of termination of your account by us for reasons outlined in clause 6.1 or clause 6.2 above shall be the re-imbursement of any undisputed account balance you may then have, subject to your having complied with these Casino Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions and the Betting Rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no further liability to you whatsoever.




7.1 Where applicable, maximum payouts will be indicated to you in the General Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on the Casino Website.


7.2 Promotions and bonus campaigns on the Casino Website will have their own individual Terms and Conditions, which will govern your participation in the relevant promotion/bonus campaign. Where you are credited with a promotional or bonus amount in your account relating to a promotional or bonus campaign, unless specified to the contrary within the terms of such promotion or bonus campaign, the credited funds may only be used as bonus funds to play Games and cannot be withdrawn as cash. We reserve the right to reclaim bonus amounts credited to your account if you attempt to withdraw them from your account. You will have the right to withdraw from any promotion that requires a wagering factor at any time and withdraw any cash balance that is remaining on your account. Upon withdrawal from any promotion, any bonus funds accrued will be reclaimed.


7.3 Betbull reserves the right, acting reasonably, to exclude any customer from our services generally and reserves the right to withhold, restrict or cancel selected promotions and bonuses from individual account holders found to be in breach of these Casino Terms and Conditions or in breach of our General Terms and Conditions.


7.4 Betbull reserves the right to change or end any Casino Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.


7.5 Betbull reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, modify, remove or add to the Casino Website and/or any Game at our discretion with immediate effect and without any obligation to provide you with notice and we will not be liable as a result of any such action.


7.6 You shall not interfere, interrupt, attempt to interrupt or attempt to manipulate the operations of the Website or the Casino Website or the normal play of any of Games therein. In particular, you will not use or attempt to use any artificial intelligence or player assistance software but will play personally via the interfaces provided by Betbull only. If you become aware that the Casino Website or any Game contains any error, you must inform our Customer Services and you agree not to take advantage of any such error. We reserve the right to recover any advantage that you may gain from any error, as well as all costs and expenses in making such recovery.


7.7 An Account Holder must not allow third parties to use his/her Betbull account or to accept any prize or participate in any Game. Any person found to have violated this clause will be liable for all losses on the account but will not be entitled to collect any winnings. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure and you are solely responsible for the security of your account information and password. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account and/or password. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet from your account, such bet shall be valid and liability for losses on your account will lie with you, whether or not you were aware the third party misappropriated your account and password information. You agree to notify us immediately if there is any change to your account information.


7.8 You will not post any unlawful, obscene, abusive, defamatory, threatening or other offensive material on the Casino Website or the Website.


7.9 We reserve the right to moderate any chat on the Casino Website and remove postings, including those which promote competing services and those which are untrue, derogatory or critical of us, the Website, the Casino Website and/or a Game. In addition, you agree to observe and abide by any specific chat rules that we may post on any chat facility from time-to-time.


7.10 You understand that you risk losing money whilst using the Casino Website and playing Games and that you use the Casino Website and play Games at your sole risk.


7.11 It is necessary to provide you with software ("Software") supplied by third parties to enable you to use the products offered through the Casino Website. You may be required to enter into a separate agreement with the Software owner in respect of your use of such Software.

In case of any inconsistency between these Casino Terms and Conditions and the Third-Party Software Agreement, these Conditions will prevail in so far as the inconsistency relates to the relationship between you and us. 


7.12 At any time, you may exclude yourself from gambling on the Casino Website permanently or for set periods. This can be done via the “My Profile” tab of your account. Once your request is processed by us, no further wagers will be accepted from you on the Casino Website. If you have requested closure of your account, your Casino Website account will be closed, and any balance credited back to you. It is also possible for you to set “Reality Checks”, a configurable timed alert which will display on the screen and remind you how long you have been engaged in a gambling session.


7.13 Our Privacy and Cookie Policy sets out how we use personal information, which you supply to us. By accepting these Casino Terms and Conditions you also accept our Privacy and Cookie Policy.


7.14 With the exception of your personal information, all other information, including, but not limited to, ideas, submissions, suggestions, concepts, graphics, chatroom contents including material and statements, posted on the Casino Website or submitted to us will become our property and we shall not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality and we will be free to reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display same as we designate in any and all media.


7.15 Betbull does not charge you fees in respect of any payments related to betting transactions which you make on the Casino Website (such as charges for deposits or withdrawals). However, you should check with your bank and/or other payment service provider as to whether they levy any such charges.


7.16 These Casino Terms and Conditions, together with the General Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Casino Website and the Games thereon. 



Should a Player's device malfunction or internet connection be lost after the bet has been placed and received on Betbull’s system the bet/s will be accepted and will participate in the game. The outcome of the game can be checked after the Player's device or connection are functioning properly again.

In the case of Live Blackjack should the Player's device or connection be lost and the Player's cards are still below 16 points then another card or cards will be drawn until the points total exceeds 16 or 21. The Player will be credited with any winnings. No more bets will be placed after the connection is lost or a player does not communicate with the croupier for 2 minutes.

Should any of Betbull’s systems malfunction before a result is determined then all confirmed bets will be immediately voided and bets that have been confirmed will be credited back to the player's account.



9.1. No officers or employees at whatever level, of the Licensee shall make real money wagers
on any of the Jackpot Games. The Licensee shall undertake to use all reasonable endeavours
to enforce this restriction. If any such person shall win a Jackpot Win, such win shall not
be paid out to the winner. 




10.1 You acknowledge and agree that your sole recourse in relation to any complaint, dispute or claim related in any manner to the Operator Services (including the Live Casino Platform) is to the Operator alone.

10.2. You agree to use the Live Casino Platform only for the playing of the Games in accordance with the Operator's terms and conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to each Game.

10.3  You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile any of the Evolution Software or Back Office Tools, modify, remove or obscure any proprietary notices placed on the Live Casino Platform, copy the Live Casino Platform by any means for any purpose whatsoever, attempt to derive source code or other Confidential Information from the Live Casino Platform or use the Live Casino Platform for any purpose other than playing the Games or in any way that could adversely affect Evolution’s name, image or reputation.




11.1. The Casino software is provided by NetEnt.


11.2.  By accepting these terms you agree not to circumvent in any way Intellectual Property Rights of NetEnt and NetEnt Group companies.



11.1 An “Inactive Account” is a Betbull Account which has no record of any log-in and/or log-out for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.


11.2 Betbull reserves the right to close the Inactive Account once the account reaches zero balance. All Account Holders whose Betbull Accounts remain inactive for 12 months will be notified of any balance remaining their Betbull Accounts and will be advised to withdraw any remaining balance. The Account Holders may therefore reactivate their Betbull Accounts by logging in/logging out or withdrawing their funds without incurring any fees.
